Every report is saved to My Reports. Open the full report there — free, as often as you like, for a year. Verdicts are read automatically from the report text; always confirm a flag in the full report before you bid.

How the bulk check works
- Paste the list. One VIN per line, a comma-separated export, or the raw text of an auction run list — the tool pulls out every 17-character VIN it finds, drops duplicates, and skips anything that fails the VIN check digit.
- Run it. Each VIN is pulled through exactly the same pipeline as a single $5.99 report: a report you already own is reused free, otherwise one credit is used (plan credits first, then bundle credits). Two reports are pulled at a time; a list of 25 normally finishes in one to two minutes.
- Read the verdicts. Every row shows the vehicle, a set of flags, the number of owners and the last odometer reading. Red flags are deal-breakers for most buyers (title brands, total loss, structural damage, airbag deployment, odometer problems); amber flags are things to price in (accidents, damage reports, open recalls, fleet or rental use). Download the table as a CSV or open any full report in My Reports.
What each VIN gets flagged for
- Title brands — salvage, rebuilt, flood, fire, hail, junk, lemon and not-actual-mileage brands reported by any state.
- Accidents and damage — every accident or damage event in the history, with the reported severity (minor, moderate, severe).
- Airbag deployment, structural damage and total-loss declarations — the three findings most likely to turn into a frame-damage announcement at the block.
- Odometer problems — a rollback indication, an odometer brand, or a reading that goes backwards.
- Open safety recalls — unrepaired manufacturer recalls at the time of the report.
- Owners, use and last odometer — owner count, prior lease / rental / fleet / taxi / police use, and the most recent mileage reading on file.
The verdicts are read from the report text automatically. They are a fast first pass, not a replacement for reading the full report on the cars you actually plan to bid on — the pre-bid checklist walks through what to read and in what order.
What it costs
There is no separate charge for the bulk tool. A run uses one credit per VIN that is new to your account, from whatever you already have: single reports are $5.99, bundles bring that down, and dealer plans land between $1.30 and $1.95 a report with credits that roll over a month. A VIN with no report available is marked as such and its credit is refunded automatically, and a report you pulled before — on its own or in an earlier run — costs nothing to include again.
Frequently asked questions
Does a VIN I have already pulled cost a credit again?
No. If the report is already in your account it is reused for free, and the run only charges one credit for each VIN that is new to you.
What happens when a VIN has no report?
The row is marked as unavailable and the credit is refunded automatically. You are only charged for reports that were actually delivered.
How long does a run take?
Most reports arrive in a few seconds each and two are pulled at a time, so a full list of 25 usually finishes in one to two minutes. You can leave the page; the run keeps going and is saved under Previous runs.
Where are the full reports?
Every report pulled by a bulk check is saved to My Reports in your account, where you can open, print, email or share it for a year at no extra cost.
